How long is my page hosted?

Your page is hosted for 3 months from the date of activation. You'll receive an email before it expires with the option to renew if you'd like to keep it live.

Can I change the text or colors after purchasing?

Yes! Your confirmation email includes a private edit link that lets you update your page anytime within the first 24 hours — no need to contact support.

Is the checkout secure?

Absolutely. We use a trusted, PCI-compliant payment platform to handle all transactions. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.

What's your refund policy?

We offer a full refund within the first 24 hours of purchase if your page hasn't gone live yet. After that, we handle requests on a case-by-case basis.

Are gift pages indexed by search engines?

No. Gift pages are unlisted by default, meaning they won't appear in Google or other search results. Only people with the link can see your page.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BeLovely ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Operator

BeLovely is an independent digital product operated by a sole individual developer under the brand name "BeLovely". It is not a registered limited company. For any enquiries, please contact us at belovelysupport@gmail.com.

3. Description of Service

BeLovely provides personalized, hosted gift web pages. Users select a template, customize its content (text, colors, images, and optional background audio), and receive a unique shareable URL. Pages are hosted for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase. After payment, the customer receives access to a private editing dashboard at a dedicated URL together with a one-time password. This dashboard remains active for 24 hours from purchase and allows the customer to update recipient and sender names, template text, images, background audio, and the colour palette of the page; the selected template itself cannot be changed through the dashboard. After the 24-hour window the dashboard closes permanently and the last saved version of the page remains live for the remainder of the hosting period.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Paddle. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions, handling billing, VAT, and compliance on behalf of BeLovely. By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle's terms of service as well. Prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice.

5. Content Policy

You are responsible for the content you include on your gift page. Content must not be illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

6. Hosting Duration

Gift pages are hosted for 3 months from the date of activation. After this period, pages will be deactivated. You may renew your page for additional periods at the applicable rate.

7. Limitation of Liability

BeLovely is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.
