How long does setup take?

Setup is instant. You'll receive an email with your live link instantly after payment.

How long is my page hosted?

Your page is hosted for 3 months from the date of activation. You'll receive an email before it expires with the option to renew if you'd like to keep it live.

Can I change the text or colors after purchasing?

Yes! Your confirmation email includes a private edit link that lets you update your page anytime within the first 24 hours — no need to contact support.

Is the checkout secure?

Absolutely. We use a trusted, PCI-compliant payment platform to handle all transactions. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.

What's your refund policy?

We offer a full refund within the first 24 hours of purchase if your page hasn't gone live yet. After that, we handle requests on a case-by-case basis.

Are gift pages indexed by search engines?

No. Gift pages are unlisted by default, meaning they won't appear in Google or other search results. Only people with the link can see your page.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating a gift page: names, messages, and any photos or music you upload. We also collect your email address at checkout to send you your gift page link. Payments are processed by Paddle — we never see or store your card details.

When a gift page is opened by its recipient, we automatically collect a small amount of visit data to help us understand how our templates are experienced: an anonymized IP address (the last part is removed, so it cannot identify you individually), your approximate country, your browser type, device type (phone, tablet, or computer), and how long you spent on the page. This data is never linked to a name or email address.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to create and host your gift page, process your payment, and send you your unique link. Visit data (country, browser, time on page) is used solely to understand which templates resonate most with recipients — for example, knowing that a template is mostly opened on mobile helps us make it better. We do not use this data to advertise to you, build profiles, or sell to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Retention

Your gift page content is stored securely for the duration of your hosting period (3 months). After expiration, content may be deleted within 30 days unless you renew. Anonymized visit data (country, browser, device, time on page) is retained for up to 90 days and then automatically purged. We do not retain full IP addresses at any point.

4. Gift Page Privacy

Gift pages are unlisted by default — they are not indexed by search engines and can only be accessed by people who have the direct link. We add noindex meta tags to all customer pages.

5. Analytics

BeLovely uses first-party, cookie-free analytics. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party advertising trackers. No cookies are set for tracking purposes. Visit data is collected server-side when a gift page is loaded, and is limited to: anonymized location (country only), browser family, device type, and time spent on the page. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

6. Third-Party Services

We use Vercel (hosting & edge infrastructure), Supabase (database), and Paddle (payments). Each service operates under its own privacy policy. None of these services receive recipient visit data.
